It is a lovely program ONLY IF it works, otherwise it is pain in a****. I wonder why the developer has not made it in easier way to download & WHY always give error message?

When it works it's a great program. The problem is too often I get an unexplained error over and over and over again. I've inspected the buttons, and the Send Report button does the same thing as the Ok button, which is simply to close the error box without doing anything else. Today I've been trying to upload a picture for the last half hour. Still unsuccessful, because of the error. This is after hitting submit more than 20 times. This happens to often to make this a program that I would recommend to others. More
